Job summary

ether.fi is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own user acquisition for a leading crypto platform. You will oversee paid ads, SEO and AEO, and drive growth with a data-driven, cost-efficient approach.

You'll build scalable programs, manage creators for ad content, and set up tracking to tie spend to active users by channel and cohort. Crypto experience not required, fintech background preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• You've run SEO, AEO and paid ads yourself, not only managed people who did.
• Ideally you've done this in-house at a fintech; agency experience is fine too.
• A data background: you're comfortable pulling and analyzing your own numbers.
• Drive, willingness to work hard and go the extra mile in a highly ambitious team.
• Plus if you've run UGC programs.
• Crypto experience is not required.

Position overview

We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own how ether.fi acquires users. You'll run paid ads, SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization: getting ether.fi recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity), and you'll be judged on one thing: active users at a cost that works.

What you'll do
