Job summary

ODDITY is seeking a Product Development enthusiast to lead our Packaging team, owning the full lifecycle of packaging development from concept to launch across products and new categories.

You will manage global supplier relationships, coordinate with product, supply chain, R&D, creative, and ops to deliver packaging on time, on budget, and on brand. If you thrive in complexity and move fast, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking / VC / PE, or at least 3 years in a complex project management role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year in a managerial role leading a team.
• Must be obsessively organized and able to bring structure to chaos.
• Strong accountability and a self-starter mindset to move things forward independently.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make quick decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own packaging development from concept to launch — every stage and detail.
• Manage global supplier relationships from briefs to prototypes and iterations.
• Research and innovate packaging strategies based on market trends and material advances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design, technical, and regulatory standards.
• Track costs, quality, and specs; use data to drive decisions and flag risks early.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to protect timelines and readiness.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the team’s processes.
