Job summary

Glassworks London is seeking a senior Head of Business Operations to unify and optimise the company’s operations across UK and international teams. The role focuses on establishing clear priorities, accountable owners, and a live operating rhythm to prevent delays and escalations.

The successful candidate will manage managers, drive recovery, and build capability across Retail, Ecommerce, Warehouse, HR, Finance, and external partners, ensuring continuous execution and improved performance.

Qualifications

• Seasoned senior operations leader with experience in multi-site, omnichannel retail.
• Proven ability to build operating cadence and accountability across functions.
• Strong track record in driving KPI-based improvements and recovery actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the company operating rhythm with cadence, action logs and escalation.
• Create and maintain a management pack covering operational KPIs and variances.
• Ensure functional owners deliver with evidence, deadlines and ownership.
• Diagnose operating failures across infrastructure, process and systems.
• Oversee HR Ops, Finance, Ecommerce, Warehouse, Retail and external partners.
