Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Network Development Leader to guide a high‑performing team responsible for end‑to‑end lifecycle of networking platforms, including Ethernet switches, routers, and ASIC‑based systems. The role requires deep networking expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.

You will partner with hardware vendors to shape roadmaps and ensure OCI-scale delivery, while aligning with broader infrastructure

Qualifications

Deep networking expertise and proven leadership in large-scale product teams.
Experience partnering with hardware vendors, silicon providers, and manufacturers to guide roadmaps.
Strong ability to influence without direct authority across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of network product engineers responsible for design, qualification, deployment, and lifecycle management of networking platforms.
Set technical vision, priorities, and execution plans aligned with OCI infrastructure strategy.
Drive design, development, testing, validation, and deployment readiness of switching, routing, optical, and ASIC-based platforms.
Manage vendor relationships and represent OCI in architecture reviews and executive reviews.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Network Engineering, Software, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product Management.
