You will own the network roadmap, hire and mentor engineers, and align cross-functional teams to move the network as one. We value ownership, velocity and principled thinking in a high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network engineering team: hiring, growth, priorities, and delivery across design and operations.
• Own the network roadmap from fabric generations to backbone expansion, sequenced to the build plan.
• Run the operating rhythm between design, deployment, and production so the network org moves as one.
• Build the team ahead of demand: networks at this scale need engineers the market barely produces.
