Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience architecting and managing large-scale SaaS production data centers.
• Deep expertise in enterprise network protocols (BGP, OSPF, ECMP, MPLS).
• VPN technologies and encryption.
• Modern switching platforms and firewalls.
• Network security architecture and policy implementation.
• Proven experience with Juniper, Arista, and Cisco platforms.
• Strong track record of delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of network diagnostics and troubleshooting tools.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation Level

ZM4 Minimum: $214,000.00 Level ZM4 Maximum: $375,000.00 Level ZM5 Minimum: $243,000.00 Level ZM5 Maximum: $426,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
