Job summary

TTI is seeking a Mechanical CAE Engineering Manager to lead a team of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineers. You will guide project direction, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and drive multi-physics simulations to optimize product performance and cost.

You will act as SME in ROM-based predictions using MATLAB, Simscape, Simulink, or Python, and oversee NPD efforts and budget for software licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years managing direct reports.
• Proficiency in FEA/CFD simulation (ANSYS preferred).
• CAD modeling proficiency (NX, SolidWorks).
• Computational language proficiency (MATLAB, Simscape, Simulink, Python).
• Experience in empirical testing and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineers for simulation, design and development of products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope and contributions of Analytical Engineering.
• Provide guidance, set priorities, and manage deadlines for direct reports.
• Serve as SME in simulation and prediction of structural, dynamic, aeroacoustic, and vibrational performance.
