You will lead online/offline media, TV/streaming, and call-center integration, building planning, reporting, and team standards to drive nine-figure revenue.

The role requires 8+ years of marketing leadership, direct ownership of large paid-media budgets, and ability to defend CPA-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive B2C marketing leadership in a performance-driven environment.
• Direct decision-making and results accountability for $1M+ in annual consumer paid media.
• Experience owning media strategy, allocation, optimization, and acquisition outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own media strategy, allocation, and results across online and offline channels.
• Lead planning, reporting, workflows, and team standards for sustained growth toward nine-figure revenue.
• Define KPIs across channels and ensure 95%+ on-time campaign launches.
