Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. in New York is seeking a Team Lead for Product Management in the Macro and Commodity Research Data vertical.

You will define strategy, lead a team of PMs and experts, and shape a differentiated data portfolio that informs signals, forecasts and risk views for quantitative investment research. The role requires deep domain knowledge in macro and commodity data, strong client engagement, and a track record of delivering data products across complex workflows.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management, investment research or related field with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of macroeconomics or commodity markets with practical data lineage and research workflows.
• Experience defining product strategy and commercial trade-offs across pricing and packaging.
• Experience building, managing or developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Macro and Commodity Research Data vertical.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers and subject-matter experts.
• Build domain expertise across systematic macro, commodities and multi-asset research.
• Develop the business case for product investment including monetization models.
• Engage senior clients, researchers and data teams to identify unmet needs and validate priorities.
• Translate client workflows into well-defined data products with data governance and interoperability.
• Set measurable product and commercial outcomes and adjust the roadmap based on evidence.
• Manage product specification and delivery across Bloomberg teams to ensure portfolio coherence.
