Qualifications

• Demonstrated achievement of exceptional results with students and successful management of adults.
• Three to five years of instructional leadership experience, including two years in school administration, preferred.
• A personal alignment with Great Hearts’ educational philosophy and core values.
• Ability to interpret student data and reflect on personal growth and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Setting quantitative and qualitative goals with the Executive Director.
• Plan, delegate, and execute to meet goals and maintain school culture.
• Build and lead a leadership team that reflects the school’s goals and values.
• Oversee enrollment, budget, safety policies, and disciplinary procedures.
• Hire and develop faculty and staff and coordinate with home-office services.
• Engage families and ensure open communication with students and parents.
