Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of IT Integration to lead and evolve the integration platforms, focusing on MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, and Oracle SOA. The role requires building a Center of Excellence, governing APIs, and delivering scalable, secure solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in IT integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture roles, including 5+ years in leadership positions managing integration teams or large-scale programs.
• Hands-on expertise with modern integration platforms and tools (MuleSoft strongly preferred), plus knowledge of SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA.
• Proven ability to develop and govern integration architecture and frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, message queues, event streaming/EDI) at enterprise level.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, including outsourced resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive integration strategy and roadmap with governance policies.
• Expand and mature MuleSoft integration platform with reusable APIs and assets.
• Oversee all integration platforms (MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA) for availability, performance, and security.
• Prioritize and manage integration projects ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Lead integration architecture and design ensuring APIs, middleware, ETL, and event-driven patterns meet security/compliance.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing integration team including outsourced resources.
• Collaborate with ERP, CRM, Digital, Infrastructure, Security to identify needs and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Engage with external vendors to augment capabilities and stay current on technologies.
• Monitor and improve integration processes with API-led connectivity, CI/CD, automated monitoring.
• Serve as SME and visionary for enterprise integration to support digital business strategies.
