Prosci is seeking a senior IT engineering leader to guide and grow the engineering team across Azure, M365, and enterprise AI tooling. You will own production operations, drive security maturity, and partner with executives to align delivery with business goals.

You will oversee vendor transitions, manage capacity, and ensure ISO 27001 controls are met, while building in-house capabilities for future scalability.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in engineering or infrastructure roles, including three or more years managing engineers with direct reports.
• Experience taking over a vendor-built platform and running it in-house.
• Experience operating within an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 control environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the Security Architect, Senior Cloud Engineer, Microsoft 365 Senior Engineer, and Senior AI Enablement Engineer.
• Plan capacity and hiring, and provide budget input, including vendor spend and cloud costs.
• Build runbooks, on-call rotation, documentation, and operating rhythms for a durable team.
• Run the team's delivery cadence, including intake, prioritization, sprints, and reporting for business partners.
