Entrata, a Utah-based leader in AI-driven property management technology, seeks Head of Investor Relations to guide investor communications and reports to the CFO and CEO. Lead the IR program, disclosures, and strategic market intelligence in partnership with the executive team.

Responsibilities include building relationships with investors and analysts, coordinating earnings materials, and delivering insights to inform board-level decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work within or advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate complex business models, strategic initiatives, and financial performance to buy-side investors and sell-side analysts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suited for senior leadership, board-level interactions, and public messaging.
• Sound judgment and discretion with Material Nonpublic Information (MNPI) and sensitive disclosures.
• Strong project-management skills with cross-functional alignment across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.

The Head of Investor Relations will lead Entrata’s investor relations function and serve as a key partner to the CFO, CEO and executive team. This leader will prepare the company for investor engagement, and establish the communications, market intelligence and operating practices needed for a successful public-company IR program.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships: Establish a thoughtful engagement program with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts, and help cultivate a long-term shareholder base aligned with Entrata’s strategy.

• Manage investor communications: Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor presentations, the IR website and other external communications in partnership with Finance, Legal, Communications and executive leadership.

• Support disclosure and governance processes: Work with Legal and Finance to support accurate, consistent and timely public disclosures and ensure investor communications follow applicable securities laws and company policies.

• Deliver market intelligence: Monitor investor feedback, analyst perspectives, valuation trends, peer performance and market developments; summarize relevant insights for the executive team and board.

• Coordinate cross-functional IR activities: Build strong working relationships across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product and Communications to ensure the company’s external messaging is well-supported and consistent.

• Establish the IR function: Develop the calendar, processes, materials and internal controls needed to run an effective investor relations program

Minimum Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work within or advising a publicly traded company.

• Experience handling SaaS or high-growth technology valuation metrics in investor communications.

• Experience leveraging modern GenAI workflows to accelerate messaging deliverables, competitive intelligence, and investor feedback analysis while maintaining data governance.

$221,100 - $365,700 a year

This band covers the full base compensation range for this role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
