Job summary

Entrata seeks a Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR function and partner with the CFO, CEO and executive team. You will prepare for investor engagement, establish communications practices, and build a robust IR program aligned with Entrata’s growth in AI-driven property tech.

You will manage investor communications, monitor market trends, and coordinate with Finance, Legal and Communications to ensure timely disclosures and strong external messaging.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations for a public company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, guidance, valuation and reporting.
• Proven ability to articulate business models and performance to investors and analysts.
• Discretion with MNPI and sensitive disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships and engage current and prospective investors.
• Coordinate earnings materials, calls, presentations, and external communications.
• Support accurate public disclosures in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Monitor market commentary and provide strategic market intelligence across functions.

The Head of Investor Relations will lead Entrata’s investor relations function and serve as a key partner to the CFO, CEO and executive team. This leader will prepare the company for investor engagement, and establish the communications, market intelligence and operating practices needed for a successful public-company IR program.

• Build investor and analyst relationships:
• Establish a thoughtful engagement program with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts, and help cultivate a long-term shareholder base aligned with Entrata’s strategy.
• Manage investor communications:
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor presentations, the IR website and other external communications in partnership with Finance, Legal, Communications and executive leadership.
• Work with Legal and Finance to support accurate, consistent and timely public disclosures and ensure investor communications follow applicable securities laws and company policies.
• Deliver market intelligence:
• Monitor investor feedback, analyst perspectives, valuation trends, peer performance and market developments; Build strong working relationships across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product and Communications to ensure the company’s external messaging is well-supported and consistent.
• Develop the calendar, processes, materials and internal controls needed to run an effective investor relations program

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work within or advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate complex business models, strategic initiatives, and financial performance to buy-side investors and sell-side analysts.
• Sound judgment and strict discretion when handling Material Nonpublic Information (MNPI) and sensitive corporate disclosures.
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product, and executive leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, or equivalent professional credentials.
• Experience handling SaaS or high-growth technology valuation metrics in investor communications.
• Experience leveraging modern GenAI workflows to accelerate messaging deliverables, competitive intelligence, and investor feedback analysis while maintaining data governance.
