Qualifications

• PhD in immunology or related field with 5–10 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead internal scientists in a research environment.
• Strong scientific and strategic judgment for platform validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead biology strategy for novel platform projects across immunology.
• Define experimental evidence needed to validate platform potential.
• Set strategic priorities and focus areas for platform co-creation.
• Evaluate external programs and partnership opportunities.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around platform design and plans.
• Lead biological validation including in vivo studies.
• Drive rigorous, data-driven decisions and focused team execution.
