Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Management, preferably in Healthcare.
• Experience managing Plant Operations Department.
• Knowledge of facility buildings, equipment, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Operations Program including maintenance and safety.
• Inspect the facility for proper operation and working conditions.
• Lead process for obtaining bids and coordinating repairs.
• Manage Plant Operations staff's day-to-day operations.
• Conduct compliance audits as per Corporate Compliance Plan.
