The role requires oversight of salaried and hourly staff, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and relocation for promotion opportunities. Strong communication and proactive leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Not required but a plus: Spanish language skills; familiarity with OSHA and Joint Commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment and morale.
