Cadbury at Cherry Hill is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead our Environmental Services team, ensuring a clean, safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role oversees daily operations, develops policies, and drives compliance with regulatory standards.

You will manage ES staff, build budgets, collaborate across departments, pursue cost efficiencies, and uphold OSHA requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Certification in Environmental Services or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Environmental Services department, including laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of Environmental Services staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain budgets for the Environmental Services department.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
