Job summary

MIRA is hiring a Head of Hardware Operations to own Mira's supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment—from prototype to reliable production in San Francisco.

You will manage suppliers, coordinate logistics and import operations, and align cross-functional teams to keep hardware programs on track. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-moving startup, with in-person collaboration in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese is required.
• Experience with factories or manufacturing partners in China.

Role Information

We're hiring a Head of Hardware Operations to own Mira's supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment pipeline. You'll take our wearable devices from prototype to reliable production, working directly with suppliers, engineers, and partners to ensure high-quality hardware at scale.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast iteration, loves solving manufacturing constraints, and enjoys owning complex operational systems end-to-end. Role is full-time, in-person in San Francisco.
