Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Biohacking Bestie is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to own profitable customer acquisition and retention for our women’s health supplement line. You’ll report to the Founder/CEO Aggie Lal, manage TikTok and Meta ads, and lead email/SMS retention to scale revenue while building a brand-forward growth engine.
You’ll operate with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team, owning results and driving equity-driven growth as we scale.
Biohacking Bestie is hiring a Head of Growth for our supplement line. This role reports directly to our Founder and CEO, Aggie Lal, runs our TikTok and Meta ads, leads retention with our email and SMS agency, and owns the number that matters most: profitable customers who keep coming back.
The brand is built on ten years of community: 1.5M followers on Instagram, 700K on TikTok and a bestselling book in 15 languages. The opportunity now is turning that attention into paid acquisition that scales profitably.
We're a team of three with proper startup energy. We move fast, we change course when the data tells us to, and we lean on AI for a lot of the heavy lifting. Nobody here waits for a process to tell them what to do, and nobody says "that's not my job."
We're looking for an A player. Someone who spots a problem on Tuesday and has a test live by Thursday without waiting for permission. You'll be hands-on in the ad accounts, close to the numbers, and honest about what's working and what isn't.
You've done it for someone else. Now build something you own.

You've done it for someone else. Now build something you own.
You've worked at one of the leaders in the industry and watched it grow up close. You know what a winning supplement ad looks like in the first three seconds, and you've seen your work move real revenue. You're good, and you know it.
But lately it feels slow. Three approval rounds for one ad. Roadmaps decided by committee. Your best wins end up as a line in someone else's quarterly deck. You didn't get into growth to manage process.
You got into it to win.
Now you want a smaller team where the results are clearly yours. More accountability, more freedom to try new things, and no one to hide behind. The audience is already here, the products already sell, and the playbook you've learned is exactly what's missing. Nothing sits between your idea and launch.
You get the budget, the creative freedom and a direct line to the CEO.
And you're not building it for someone else this time. There's equity on the table for the right person, so when this brand becomes the next big name in women's wellness, you'll be one of the people who built it and owns a piece of it.
Biohacking Bestie is a women's health brand. We teach women to work with their hormones and their cycle instead of fighting them, and we live on the middle path: no obsessing over every gram, no ignoring your body either. Today that's ten supplements (Cycle Bestie, Sleep Bestie, Bloating Bestie, Daily Bestie and friends), the Bestie app, our programmes and the podcast.
We're an equal opportunity employer. Our customers are women of every background, age and life stage, and our team should look like them. We hire regardless of race, color, religion, age, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or whether you're a parent.
