Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a motivating Fundraising Communications & Enablement Director to lead strategic fundraising communications across regional and national levels. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with marketing teams to drive donor engagement and sustainable growth.

• Lead and develop comprehensive communications plans for fundraising initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of communications professionals.
• Partner with senior executives to ensure consistent and effective messaging across initiatives.
• Utilize storytelling strategies to support and enhance fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with national and regional marketing teams to develop and execute fundraising communications campaigns.
• Manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
