Job summary

Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in Cleveland, OH, is a hybrid role reporting to the CFO, leading a three-person FP&A team. The position owns budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis to improve FP&A processes and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in finance/FP&A, with manufacturing and private equity exposure viewed favorably. Base salary up to $210,000 plus bonus, in a hands-on leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred; CPA highly preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; private equity-backed experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Consolidate forecasts across business units and improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, working capital, inventory, and cash flow.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to evaluate financial performance.
• Improve and standardize FP&A processes and reporting.
• Support reporting and analysis for CFO, executive team, Board, and PE sponsor.
