Key Point Academy in Miami, FL, seeks a Head of Finance to lead financial health and strategy across its K-12 and preschool campuses. You will direct the full financial cycle, drive performance and profitability while sustaining academic quality.

The role requires close collaboration with ownership and school leadership, with regular campus engagement. Ideal candidates bring senior FP&A, strong accounting background, and experience across multi-campus education networks.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership with FP&A and planning experience.
• Experience across multiple campuses or schools.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL.
• Experience with K-12 school operations preferred.
• Spanish fluency highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to ownership and school leadership across KPA's schools.
• Oversee accounting, monthly close, financial reporting, cash management and controls.
• Improve accounting, bookkeeping, and data processes for reliable information.
• Oversee audit, tax, regulatory, accreditation, and compliance.
• Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, insurers and partners.
• Own the annual budgeting process and five-year plan aligned with enrollment and capital needs.
• Develop cash-flow forecasts, P&Ls, and unit economics for visibility.
• Analyze enrollment, tuition, financial aid, and staffing drivers.
• Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership to decide quickly.
