Job summary

ANRA Technologies, LLC seeks a hands-on Head of Finance to build the finance function from the ground up, partnering directly with the CEO to establish scalable processes, budgeting and reporting across global operations.

This full-time, remote role requires 7+ years in finance leadership in high-growth tech, SaaS metrics expertise, fundraising experience, and the ability to operate strategically while hands-on.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in high-growth tech and SaaS businesses.
• Experience building finance infrastructure in entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, and board reporting experience.
• Experience supporting fundraising and investor reporting.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
• Experience with global operations and multi-currency management.

Responsibilities

• Build ANRA's finance function with scalable processes and financial discipline.
• Partner with the CEO on growth strategy, fundraising readiness, and capital planning.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, scenario planning, and long-range models.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for revenue, bookings, cash, margins, and SaaS metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Legal on pricing and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee accounting, compliance, tax, audit readiness, and global finance operations.
• Prepare board materials and investor reporting; support future capital raises.
