Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor, is opening a new state-of-the-art building at our Corporate Headquarters and seeks a Director of Facilities Workplace Experience to elevate the workplace across HQ buildings.

You will lead a large team across facilities operations, building interiors, landscaping, fitness centers and on-site cafés to deliver a first-class experience—with a focus on cleanliness, safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of facilities leadership experience.
• Experience managing large corporate offices and grounds.
• Finance or accounting knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily corporate building operations to meet standards.
• Oversee a facilities team of 150+ employees and foster positive culture.
• Conduct facilities audits and resolve issues to keep campuses in top shape.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors.
• Develop budgets and reports for long-term facility projects and operations.
