Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience.
• Preference for professional engineering (PE) license or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics in environmental services and IP/R&D processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental data analytics initiatives across multiple practice areas.
• Collaborate with Digital teams, sales, and Trinnex on technical delivery.
• Grow and mentor a team of environmental data analytics practitioners.
• Develop processes for evaluating ideas, IP protection, and potential R&D investments.
• Support marketing and business development activities to promote capabilities.
