Job summary

Qualcomm’s Compute Business Unit seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise technology strategy for Snapdragon Compute platforms. You will own the end-to-end product strategy, MRDs, platform requirements, and roadmaps, collaborating with enterprise customers, OEMs and Microsoft to shape differentiating capabilities.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise IT architectures, PC hardware/software ecosystems, and cross-functional leadership to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
• 4+ years in a large matrixed organization.
• 2+ years with operating budgets and/or project financials.
• 2+ years negotiating 3rd party business agreements.
• Experience with Enterprise computing platforms and IT requirements.
• Translating complex customer/market requirements into product definitions, MRDs, platform requirements or roadmaps.
• Strong PC hardware/software architecture understanding, Windows ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience with Enterprise security, endpoint management, provisioning, identity, app compatibility, lifecycle management.
• Understanding of Windows and Intune, and enterprise security architectures.
• Experience with major PC OEMs, Enterprise customers, software vendors, cloud/platform companies.
• Strong understanding of AI PC architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end Enterprise technology and product strategy for Snapdragon Compute platforms.
• Translate Enterprise IT workflows and procurement requirements into product/roadmap strategy.
• Identify gaps across silicon to cloud that may limit Enterprise adoption.
• Build a multi-year view of capabilities to establish Snapdragon as leading Enterprise compute platform.
• Capture and translate customer requirements into MRDs and platform requirements.
