Job summary

Titan America is seeking a Sr. Security Manager (Head of Security) to lead enterprise-wide physical security, investigations, and loss prevention across a multi-site footprint.

You will design modern security programs integrating AI-enabled surveillance, oversee security technology, and manage a dispersed security team. The role requires a strong leadership background, 10+ years in security within industrial/manufacturing settings, and the ability to work across Operations, HR, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related fields (preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within law enforcement and manufacturing settings.
• Extensive background in industrial, manufacturing, construction, and multisite environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a risk-based security strategy for all sites and establish enterprise-wide standards for physical security and access controls.
• Lead internal investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and threats; coordinate targeted operations and interviews.
• Oversee security technology roadmap including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and AI-enabled surveillance.
• Manage multi-site security operations, guard force management, patrol protocols, and incident response.
• Lead incident response, liaise with law enforcement, and coordinate with Operations, HR, Legal, EHS, and IT.
