Job summary

enGen is seeking a technical and strategic leader to drive the Enterprise Data Protection program, including data security architecture, DLP, encryption, and key management. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team and sets vision, roadmap, and execution strategy across the organization.

The candidate will partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, privacy, legal, and business teams to protect sensitive information while enabling business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field
• 6 years of relevant experience for substitution
