As a Project Manager at Axon, you are a national permitting authority—driving strategy, reducing risk, and steering deployment teams through the complex landscape of multi‑jurisdictional approvals. You'll work at the intersection of public safety, engineering, and local government—serving as a trusted advisor for both internal teams and external agencies.
This position demands deep regulatory knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to design scalable processes for high‑volume deployments. You’ll lead engagement with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), oversee national compliance, and de‑risk field operations long before equipment hits the ground.
We are also committed to building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve. Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they check every box in the job description. Some roles may also require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
