Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading program or project management for large, complex capital projects.
• Experience defining, deploying, and driving adoption of project management software tools.
• Experience supporting construction, commissioning, and field execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Mariana’s capital project engineering.
• Lead and grow a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Manage coordination and interfaces across multiple functions.
• Own integrated program schedules and budgets.
• Drive cross-functional execution planning and reporting.
• Support the development of capital-project operating-system software tools.
• Drive deployment and adoption of these tools across all programs.
• Establish and standardize project development and execution strategies.
• Partner with finance and business development on capital allocation.
• Continuously improve program-management processes and metrics.
