Job description

Own the technical foundation of a regenerative growth OS — from architecture to deployment to the team that ships it.

We're looking for a Head of Engineering to own everything technical: architecture, infrastructure, engineering culture, and the roadmap that turns our vision into reliable, scalable software. You'll work directly with the founder and be the person who decides how we build — not just what we build.

What you'll own

• Technical architecture and infrastructure (cloud, APIs, data pipelines, AI integrations)
• Engineering hiring, onboarding, and culture — building a small, high-trust team
• Sprint planning and delivery: shipping features that move the OKRs
• Security, reliability, and compliance for a platform handling sensitive business data
• Developer tooling, CI/CD, and the practices that keep velocity high as the team grows

The stack (current)

• React / TypeScript frontend
• AI/LLM integrations (Jaguar, agentic workflows)
• Cloud-hosted; infrastructure-as-code

Why this role matters

We're at the inflection point: product-market fit is real, the first paying customers are live, and the platform needs to scale — technically and as a team. The person who takes this role shapes how Earth Care Network grows for the next decade.
