Takeda is seeking a VP of global employee engagement and corporate communications to lead internal strategy, unify culture and drive transformation communications from Boston, MA. This role requires directing internal engagement across the enterprise and advising senior leadership on communication frameworks.

You will oversee a team of 10+ professionals and coordinate with HR, Legal, Communications, and Governance to support major change initiatives in a global, healthcare-biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• 20+ years in strategic communications with global, multicultural leadership.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite and develop enterprise communication frameworks.
