Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Head of Embedded Finance to own the North America Embedded Finance business, guiding strategy, revenue growth, and performance across a rapidly growing platform at the intersection of payments, software, and financial services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape the roadmap with Product and Technology, and drive partnerships and customer outcomes in a high-impact, globally connected role.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience within payments, fintech, SaaS, software, platform businesses, or embedded finance.
• Proven success owning a P&L or leading a significant business unit with responsibility for growth, profitability, and strategic execution.
• Deep understanding of embedded payments, integrated payments, PayFac models, software ecosystems, or embedded financial services.
• Track record developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition, adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial, financial, and operational leadership skills, with the ability to balance innovation, risk management, compliance, and scalable execution.

• MBA or equivalent leadership experience in a high‑growth, complex, matrixed organization

For this full‑time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $175,700.00‑$261,350.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
