Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in professional athletic or sports turf management.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-venue or high-performance environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all turf and grounds operations across multiple venues.
• Develop and execute a multi-year turf and facilities strategy.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of groundskeepers.
