Qualifications

• Proven leadership in electrical construction projects.
• Experience taking electrical scope from bid to completion.
• Comfortable building a program from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction operations across U.S. projects.
• Develop electrical processes, standards, and SOPs.
• Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction.
• Provide technical leadership to field teams and project leadership.
• Interface with clients from executive meetings to field issues.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and client requirements.
