Qualifications

• 8+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale EH&S programs in a startup.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all EH&S programs across facilities in Exeter and Burlington.
• Develop and implement EH&S management systems for scaling startups.
• Proactively identify hazards and mitigate risks on the manufacturing floor.
