Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sciences, analytical chemistry, regulatory science, or a closely related scientific discipline.
• 7+ years of people management experience across advocacy, scientific, policy, and program functions.
• Demonstrated ability to convene and align regulators, government stakeholders, standards bodies, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the scientific framework for USP Digital Standards across product lines.
• Oversee governance, lifecycle, and policy frameworks for Digital Standards.
• Engage regulators, standards bodies, and industry to build alignment and external champions.
• Lead external engagements and represent USP in conferences and industry forums.
• Build and develop a multi-disciplinary team across advocacy, scientific development, policy, and program management.
