Job summary

Millman Search is seeking a visionary Chief Data & Platform Officer to lead our data, platform, and AI initiatives. This remote role focuses on integrating CRM, websites, portals, and reporting to drive measurable client value and scalable growth.

The ideal candidate has built enterprise data ecosystems in high-growth environments and can oversee analytics, governance, and AI-powered solutions while partnering with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in technology, data, platforms or enterprise apps.
• Proven enterprise data infra and integrated tech ecosystems.
• Strong AI, automation, and emerging tech knowledge.
• Expertise in data architecture, APIs, CRM tech, analytics and BI.
• Experience leading HubSpot or comparable CRM/ platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and governance for tech ecosystem and platforms.
• Evaluate new technologies, oversee vendors, optimize stack.
• Build centralized enterprise data source and governance.
• Lead integrations across CRM, websites, client portals, reporting, internal apps.
• Advance AI strategy, automation, and client-facing solutions.
• Oversee Technology Operations, HubSpot, data, and BI.
• Align tech investments with executive business goals.
