Aircall is seeking a Manager of Customer Engineering (Post Sales) to lead the regional CE organization, delivering smooth onboarding, activation and adoption across a portfolio of customers. You’ll supervise a team of Customer Engineers and Scaled CEs, partner with Delivery Partners, and drive health metrics and renewals with a data-driven approach.

You’ll champion AI activation, run scalable education programs, and apply global playbooks locally while collaborating with Sales, Support, Product

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in a customer-facing SaaS environment.
• Experience leading onboarding/implementation projects.
• Experience managing a technical team with coaching.
• Experience coordinating with delivery partners.
• Hands-on exposure to technical configuration, integrations, workflow setup.
• Familiarity with customer health management and renewal readiness.
• Experience supporting adoption of analytics, automation or AI features.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Product and Enablement.
• Data-driven mindset using dashboards and health or usage signals to guide actions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Comfort balancing structured onboarding motions with scalable education formats.
