Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Head of Business Development - Crypto to lead our commercial expansion in tokenized equities. You’ll coordinate issuer, liquidity provider, and market maker relationships within a remote-first, globally distributed team and connect issuers, exchanges, and partners to our Instant Tokenization Network.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to scale partnerships and drive growth in a fast-evolving market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, partnerships, or institutional sales in financial services or crypto.
• Strong network with issuers, market makers, or liquidity providers is a plus.
• Experience with tokenization, blockchain, or on-chain market infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage issuer and market maker relationships for tokenized equities.
• Own onboarding and integration workflows with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Track pipeline, onboarding status, and network growth to leadership.
