Maverick Content Studio, a full-service social media agency for travel and entertainment brands, seeks its Head of Creative—the top creative seat owning ideas, craft, and standards. You will set the creative vision for the studio, be the final bar on quality, and lead the team that delivers standout work with a leadership mindset.

This role reports to the CEO and sits on the leadership team, helping decide where Maverick goes next.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative, including leading a creative function or team.
• video content creation, brand and design craft, and social-first video.
• Experience building and mentoring internal and freelance teams.
• Executive judgment to align creative with business outcomes.
• Deep fluency in social and digital platforms and engagement drivers.
• Command of craft and tools and ability to art-direct teams.
• Strong executive presence in client and internal settings.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision and standards for Maverick’s output.
• Lead the creative team from concept to delivery.
• Ensure best-in-class production and quality across all work.
• Collaborate with PMs and social strategists; represent creative in pitches.
• Hire, mentor, and manage internal and freelance creatives.
