Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Director of Construction Operations in the Harrisburg area. You will provide executive leadership for estimating, project management, and field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Triple Crown's quality standards.

You will develop strategies to improve productivity and profitability, mentor senior teams, and partner with executives on business plans and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in construction operations, overseeing estimating, PM, and field operations.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and job costing skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-project environments and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for construction operations including estimating, project management, and field operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop construction leadership teams with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance via operational and financial metrics; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with executives on business plans, staffing, and long-term growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and job costing for the division.
• Guide preconstruction planning and estimating to ensure accurate budgets and profitable execution.
• Oversee field operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and project execution.
• Evaluate constructability and risks; implement cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain strong client, architect, engineer, and subcontractor relationships; support BD.
• Champion process improvements and technology adoption for scalability.
