Job summary

Nkarta is seeking a Senior Director/Executive Director to head Clinical Data Management (CDM). This leadership role owns strategy, operating model, and data quality across the NKX019 autoimmune program, spanning Phase 1/2 studies to potential pivotal trials and a BLA readiness.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and/or MS in science or health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in clinical data management in pharma/biotech; 5+ years leading a CDM function.
• Deep knowledge of CDM processes, EDC systems, data standards (CDISC).
• Proven sponsor-side oversight of CROs/data vendors and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Set CDM strategy, vision, and operating model across Nkarta clinical studies.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and vendor management for pivotal trials and BLA readiness.
• Lead cross-functional data strategy with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Drug Safety and Regulatory Affairs.
