You will ensure teams have the systems, accountability, and resources to deliver strong results while partnering with Technology, Research, and Communications for scalable solutions.

The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic planning, focusing on operational excellence, staff development, and cross‑functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in operations/program management or strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of safety net programs and Medicaid/SNAP is a plus.
• Proven track record of alliances with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities
