This leadership role will build and grow a high-performing automation team, set the multi-year technology roadmap, and be the driving force behind scaling our automation systems from R&D into full production.

In addition to setting the strategic direction for our current and next-generation automation platforms, you will build the team, processes, and culture needed to scale lab automation into a world-class manufacturing operation, working alongside some of Silicon Valley's best scientists and engineers.
