Job summary

Storm3 is seeking a senior leader to drive engineering direction for Agentic Intelligence and foundation models in a fast-growing AI lab focused on supercomputing infrastructure. You will bridge cutting-edge research and product development, shape the R&D stack, and guide a distributed team of engineers and researchers across a high-momentum, billion-dollar space.

Qualifications

• Expertise in state-of-the-art model training, especially agentic & eval harnesses, or post-training and RL.
• Experience leading RL/agents/evals at frontier model training labs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and lower-level infra.
• Ability to grow and manage a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own the bridge between SOTA research and product development

Requirements
