Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Director, Annuity & Insurance Product Due Diligence to lead the firm’s due diligence, governance, and lifecycle monitoring of annuity and insurance products. This leader ensures products meet regulatory, fiduciary, and risk standards while supporting a competitive product shelf for the advisor network.

This role acts as a trusted authority on product evaluation, delivering data‑driven analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to support informed decision‑making and risk

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in annuity and/or insurance product due diligence or related roles.
• Deep expertise in annuity products (variable, fixed, indexed) and life insurance solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end due diligence and approval processes for annuity and insurance products.
• Evaluate product design, guarantees, credits, fees, insurer financial strength, liquidity and risks.
• Prepare clear, well-supported recommendations for Product Review / Governance Committees.
• Maintain consistent due diligence methodologies, scorecards, and documentation.
