Whitecap Search seeks a highly experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day activities across hedge fund, private credit, and real estate vehicles. You will manage a team, shape operating strategy, and ensure accuracy and strong controls.

The role demands a track record in alternative operations, with proven leadership and a focus on automation, data governance, and scalable processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive alternative operations experience with leadership.
• Experience in multi-strategy environments or scaled platforms ($10B AUM).
• Familiarity with structured credit, private credit and real assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across hedge fund, private credit, and real estate vehicles with focus on accuracy and control.
• Manage and mentor a team across trade operations, portfolio accounting, and fund operations.
• Drive operational strategy, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Supervise full lifecycle of investments: trade capture, settlements, cash management, reconciliations, and lifecycle events.
• Partner with Investment, Finance/Accounting, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Establish and maintain a robust operational risk and control framework.
