• Strong technical depth with hands-on coding when required.

Responsibilities

• Set technical and execution direction with product/engineering/ML stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers focused on agent platform capabilities.
• Be hands-on and write production code when needed.
• Guide decisions across ML systems, agent workflows, evaluation, observability, and operations.
• Establish a strong operating cadence with planning, prioritization, and cross-team communication.
• Ensure speed priorities balance with trust, security, cost, and reliability.
